Applications accepted for housing assistance

The waiting list for the Housing Choice Voucher Program or Section 8 Rental Assistance will accept applications through July 31 in 87 counties, including LaRue County.
The waiting list for Section 8 will be open, each year, for the months of July and January. In previous years, the list would open and close based on number of responses. Applicants who wish to receive rental assistance from Kentucky Housing Corporation must choose one of the 87 counties.
