Annual Wheeler Reunion

The annual Wheeler reunion was held July 8 at LaRue County Sportsman’s Club.

Attending from Kentucky were Katie Wheeler Clark, Charles, Dorothy and Layton Wheeler, Henry, Connie Shawler and Aaron Wheeler, Dills and Mary Wheeler, Tessie Harper, Cory Stark, Mr. and Mrs. Nathan Wheeler and Natalie, Marla and Darnett Gonnen, Angie, Hannah and Kelly Houk, Lisa, Megan and Trey Stewart, Judell Vance, Freedia Thompson, Beverly Russell, Leaman Benningfield, Roger Benningfield, Junior and Shirley Elkins, Ruel and Marilyn Elkins, Chelsee, Cooper and Chance Stone, Shannon Stark, Eddie Wease, Geneva Peace, Zac and Constane Wheeler and children.

Attending from Illinois:  Mary Burba, Fenton and Judy Cash, Jerry and Wilma Lewis.

Attending from North Carolina: Rosie Colvin.

From Florida and attending from furthest away:  Bob and Dixie Scroggins.

The oldest attending was Mary Wheeler Burba from Illinois and the youngest was Natalie Wheeler from Kentucky.

A good time was enjoyed by all. Next year’s event will be held on July 14, 2013, at the Sportsman’s Club.
