A Hodgenville man faces numerous charges after he allegedly drove recklessly in a road construction area.
David Christopher Young, 47, was allegedly driving north on Howardstown Road about 3 p.m. Oct. 21 when he approached 11 workers paving the road. According to Deputy Matt Darst, Young drove through the ditch to go around the flagger and “popped both passenger side tires.” The flagger instructed him to stop, however, Young told him “he was going on up the hill,” Darst said.
