Alexis Brewer out due to injury in Green game

Alexis Brewer, freshman guard for the Lady Hawks, was injured Friday during the Green County game.
Brewer had scored 11 points when she was elbowed in the face by Green County’s Micah Jones.
Lady Hawks Coach Travis Wootton said Brewer’s nose was broken.
“We hope to have her back as soon as possible,” he said.
Brewer’s mother, Debbie Brewer, said it doesn’t appear that surgery will be needed. She has another doctor’s appointment in two weeks.
