Two students from Abraham Lincoln Elementary School, Bridget Southwood and Skyler Hornback, will represent the school in the 45th annual North Central Kentucky Spelling Bowl April 17 at Elizabethtown Community College and Technical College.

Bridget, a second grader in Heather Hynes’ class, will compete in the primary division.

Skyler, a third grader in D.J. Canter’s class, will face off in the elementary division.

Should either student not be able to attend, the runners-up, Gabby Sharrard and Hayley Cecil, will represent the school at the bowl.
