Aging and muscle loss, how diet can help

We’re all trying to age gracefully. Maybe you regularly use sunscreen, or have a commitment to exercise classes or daily walking, or try and consume eight glasses of water each day. But you may notice more sagging skin as you age. Food and Health Communications shared the following info about muscle loss as we age.

Sarcopenia is the official medical term for gradual loss of muscle mass. Along with muscle mass comes loss of muscle function. Decreased mobility, reduced strength, and loss of physical function are all related to sarcopenia.
