A Mount Sherman man has been charged with third-degree arson after his neighbor accused him of setting a camper on fire. Alco Warren, 81, is also facing a charge of menacing for a separate incident.
According to a warrant that required Warren to appear in LaRue District Court, Warren allegedly “started a fire or caused an explosion” in the step van on the neighbor’s property Sept. 13.
Warren was charged with menacing after allegedly pointing a gun at the same neighbor in September.
