$400,000 will fuel regional innovation effort

The Lincoln Trail Area Development District has awarded a $400,00 to develop and launch an Entrepreneurial Academy of Excellence in Breckinridge, Grayson, Hardin, LaRue, Marion, Meade, Nelson and Washington counties.

The Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Western Kentucky University and Lincoln Trail Innovation Center will direct the academy's development of a year-round program to stimulate and support innovation, entrepreneurship and economic growth for the region.
