LaRue County’s voting districts will remain the same for the next 10 years – but the state’s districts could change.
Every 10 years, after the census is compiled, state legislators begin the redistricting process. Discussions began in July.

Overall, the more populous central districts are expected to become smaller while the eastern and western districts will become larger.
